Rental Terms

1. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 18 years old to rent a vehicle.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required for all rentals. International renters must provide a valid international driver’s license or equivalent documentation.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservation: All rentals are subject to availability. Reservations can be made by contacting us directly via phone or email.
  • Payment: Payment is made in person at the time of vehicle pickup. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other payment methods as specified when booking.

3. Vehicle Pickup and Return

  • Pickup Location: Vehicles must be picked up at the agreed location specified during the booking process.
  • Return Time: Vehicles must be returned by the specified time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
  • Condition: Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as they were rented, excluding normal wear and tear. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss.

4. Use of Vehicle

  • Authorized Drivers: Only the person(s) listed in the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle.
  • Usage Restrictions: Vehicles must not be used for racing, towing, off-road driving (unless specified), or any illegal activities.
  • Maintenance: Renters are responsible for routine maintenance (e.g., fuel, tire pressure) during the rental period.

5. Insurance and Liability

  • Insurance Coverage: Basic insurance coverage is included with all rentals. Additional insurance options are available for purchase.
  • Accidents and Damage: In the event of an accident or damage, renters must notify Actionmoto.gr immediately and follow local legal requirements. Renters are liable for any damage not covered by insurance.
  • Personal Belongings: Actionmoto.gr is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time will not incur any fees. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-Show Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the rental start time.

7. Safety and Conduct

  • Safety Regulations: Renters must comply with all local traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Alcohol and Drugs: Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
  • Helmets: Helmets must be worn at all times when riding motorbikes or similar vehicles.

8. Termination of Rental

  • Violation of Terms: Actionmoto.gr reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and reclaim the vehicle if the renter violates any terms of this agreement.
  • Early Return: No refunds will be provided for early returns unless agreed upon at the time of rental.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These rental terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
  • Arbitration: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through arbitration before pursuing legal action.
