1. Introduction

Welcome to Actionmoto.gr. By accessing and using our website and rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Rental Agreement

Eligibility: To rent a vehicle from Actionmoto.gr, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

3. Vehicle Use

Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the vehicle and must use it in accordance with all local laws and regulations.
Prohibited Uses: The vehicle must not be used for racing, off-road driving (unless the vehicle is specifically designed for that purpose), or any illegal activities.
Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, barring normal wear and tear. The renter will be liable for any damage or loss.

4. Insurance and Liability

Insurance: Our vehicles come with basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options are available and can be purchased at the time of booking.
Liability: The renter is responsible for any damages not covered by insurance, including but not limited to accidents, theft, and vandalism.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time will incur a cancellation fee as specified on our website.
No-Show: If you do not show up at the agreed rental time and place without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms

Actionmoto.gr reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Greece.
